Long story short, this is me 3 years ago. A boy who doesn't have consistency in maintaining a healthy diet even he is in the sport. I like eating street foods, drinking soft drinks, eating more than six-packs of junk foods in my bed all day. In the past few months, I've noticed that a 14 years old me gains fat but not weight. From my body weight of 100 pounds, it just increased to 108 pounds.
This is me now, 17 years old, 121 pounds, and I burned my fats from my chest and belly by exercising and having limitations for every food I have to enter inside my body. I started this routine when people used my physical appearance to insult me. There was a time that I'm very ashamed to swim topless because of the fats in my belly. But because of the support of my family, friends, co-players, and coaches. I improve myself to this, and at least a bit, I have my confidence now to wear clothes I want. Before I'll end my story, I want to leave advice to you. If you're experiencing what I've experienced, just keep yourself motivated to improve what you want to improve. Words are not enough to bring you down. Gluck buddy!
